What Is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is an ancient art of relaxing and settling into deep consciousness. As part of a yogic practice, this art allows you to access the 'yin' (relaxing) portion of your brain, allowing for deep introspection and emotional releases. 

Some classes will also included added notes to reflect on the practice after you have completed it.

Four Part Yoga Nidra Journey

This is a four part Yoga Nidra course which is to be practiced in the order of progression. Part 1 starts very gentle and progresses to part 4 which includes more advanced Yoga Nidra aspects such as visualisations.

Four Part Yoga Nidra for Sleep

These four Yoga Nidras are designed to aid with relaxation and sleep. Start with Part 1 and progress to Part 4 daily or however often you can manage. I would recommend listening to them in the evening, perhaps before sleep. I hope you enjoy it!
