Teaching Yoga is my way of making sense of the world and since starting teaching in 2013, I have been waiting for the right opportunity to make it my full-time occupation.

After much thought, indecision and finally, a boost of confidence and a huge leap, I left my office job in June 2018. Now I follow my heart and teach yoga classes in Yin, Vinyasa and Forrest Yoga full-time here on Yoga With Sabina (and in studios across London).

Factoid:
I have been an office worker most of my adult life (you would never guess)!

But, we are getting ahead of ourselves. I started practising yoga in 2008 and used movement to unwind and help with the everyday stresses of life. Sound familiar to anyone?

For the first time in my life, the possibility of being open and honest with myself felt within reach. On my mat, in that sacred space is where the exploration began. I didn't realise it at the time but intuitively started to understand that through yoga, my body and soul are able to find the nourishment it's been seeking.

Factoid: I am probably more addicted to Italian food than I let on. There's something about checkered tablecloths, a candle, red wine and hand-made pasta that is perfect.

I'm trained in many different styles of yoga; Vinyasa for the energy side of life, Yin for the calming side of me, and Forrest yoga, which I feel is the perfect mix of both! It's a joy to also teach Pre and Post-Natal yoga, offer Bodywork Sessions, Meditations and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).

As a teacher, I strive to create a safe environment for my student to explore their physical abilities. This allows tangible ways to engage with yourself on an emotional level.
